Take advantage of natural features and local resources to prepare for nightly attacks. Design defenses piece by piece with custom blueprints or community creations. Build quickly with wood or establish quarries for durable stone, ensuring structural integrity to prevent collapses that could harm both allies and enemies.

As you acquire new tools and resources, expand your fortress, optimizing the path from resource deposits to warehouses. Use rooftop construction to make the most of limited space.
