About the Game

As you gather materials, you’ll build houses to attract NPCs like the Merchant or the Nurse, who help you progress.

The gameplay loop usually involves exploring different biomes like the Jungle, the Dungeon, or the Underworld to find loot. You’ll use that loot to craft better armor and weapons so you can take on massive bosses. The 1.4.5 update introduces over 650 new items, new whips for the Summoner class, and a much-improved crafting interface that actually lets you search for what you need.

There are also “Secret Seeds” you can enter when creating a world. These can turn the world upside down, make it permanently dark, or even start you on a tiny floating island in a “Skyblock” challenge. It adds a ton of replayability if the standard game starts feeling too familiar.

How to Install
